We are pleased to announce this week’s Urban Development Review Board in Miami approved the urban and architectural designs of our Two Riverside development on the Miami River in Brickell.
The project continues the River Walk along its entire frontage with two landscaped publicly accessible urban plazas at either end planted with shading trees having public seating integrated into the planters.
One of the UDRB chairpersons cited the building as ´iconic’ and ‘an important addition to the district.’
